Who is the mysterious little girl who wanders around the graveyard of a ruined church, and what does she have to do with a family feud that's raged for nearly a century? Why does a frozen storm churn atop a lone peak where an ancient city sleeps beneath the snow? Who is the green witch, Jaleena, and why do all the sailors avoid her isles?

Tales of the Hunt presents nine standalone adventures of varying lengths for parties ranging from levels 1 to 15. Each adventure easily integrates into any campaign world and sometimes provides multiple endings or routes depending on in-game, character actions. Guides are given to adjust the difficulty of every combat encounter, and visual indicators are provided to assist the GM in understanding critical narrative points that may be particularly dangerous or important for running each hunt.

The hunts are each designed to provide exciting NPCs and stories for players to interact with who may end up becoming familiar faces in any game as allies or foes. Brief backgrounds are provided to the GM on how to roleplay these NPCs with their mottos, drives, and demeanors.

Beyond this, the book also introduces a glory and renown system that GMs and players alike will enjoy, providing a way to assess the capability of characters as they adventure through the world and tell their tales. This system also introduces titles that can be added as honorifics to characters and gained as they make choices in the game world.
